Frequently Asked Questions

The Programme Is A Good Fit For.....

  • Experienced and established coaches who want greater depth, reflexivity and maturity in their practice.
  • Coaches moving towards Master-level practice, where the ability to notice self, relationship, system, complexity and what is happening beyond the presenting issue becomes increasingly important.
  • Coaches who want to become professional coaching supervisors, working 1:1, with groups, teams, internal coaches or other supervisors.
  • Internal and organisational coaches working within complex systems, where boundaries, multiple stakeholders, ethics, power and organisational dynamics require a different level of reflective capacity.
  • Coaches who feel they have reached a developmental threshold: they know how to coach, but are increasingly interested in who they are as a practitioner, what happens through them in the work, and how they hold responsibility for the quality of their practice.

If this sounds like you then we'd love to welcome you to the cohort. The cohort is a small and supportive group of coaches who want to make their next level of contribution in the world and to the profession.
